1. Controller

The controller for data processing in connection with the "Insight Empire" app is:

2. The short version

• The app works without an account — we do not collect names, email addresses or payment data.
• Your watchlist, notes and settings are stored locally on your device only.
• We use no analytics or tracking tools. The only third-party integration is advertising via Google AdMob — personalized only with your consent.

3. Data on your device

Your watchlist (including notes), display preferences and onboarding status are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.

4. Fetching market data and videos

Prices, metrics, news and learning videos are loaded from our own server (insight-empire.expo.app). Your IP address is processed as technically required to answer the request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — delivering the content you requested). We do not build usage profiles. Hosting is provided by Expo/EAS Hosting (650 Industries, Inc., USA) on Cloudflare infrastructure; standard technical server logs may occur. Financial data sources (e.g. SEC EDGAR) are queried by our server — your device does not communicate with them directly.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ad banners via Google AdMob. For users in the EEA the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The following may be processed: IP address, device information, approximate location (derived from the IP), ad interactions and — only with your consent — your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

Consent: Where required, we ask for your consent via a consent dialog (Google-certified consent platform, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: Settings → Ad privacy settings inside the app.

6. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

For personalized ads, iOS additionally asks via the system dialog ("Allow tracking?") whether the advertising identifier may be used. You can revoke this permission at any time under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. SKAdNetwork

The app uses Apple's SKAdNetwork mechanism to measure ad campaign performance. Ad networks only receive aggregated information that cannot be traced back to you.

8. Rating prompt

The app may ask you for an App Store rating via Apple's built-in system dialog. This dialog is provided by Apple; we do not receive any personal data.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future, and you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For any request, contact: iscoresport@gmail.com

10. Children

The app is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the app or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available at this address.
